Saffal Jyotish provides consultations rooted in traditional Vedic sciences including Jyotish Vidya (Vedic Astrology), Vastu Shastra, Numerology, and Prashna Kundali. These are ancient systems of knowledge that have been studied and practised across India for thousands of years.

All consultations are advisory and informational in nature. They are offered as a perspective — a lens through which you may consider your circumstances. They are not, and should not be treated as, authoritative statements about your future, health, relationships, or financial situation.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Jyotish and related Vedic sciences work with tendencies, patterns, and possibilities — not certainties. Planetary positions indicate likely inclinations; they do not predetermine outcomes. Human will, effort, environment, and countless other variables shape what ultimately unfolds.

Saffal Jyotish makes no guarantee, promise, or assurance that:

• Any prediction, indication, or guidance shared during a session will come to pass
• The remedies or suggestions offered will produce the desired outcome
• The interpretation of your birth chart, Vastu layout, or numerological data is objectively complete or accurate in every respect
• Information shared in one session will remain relevant or applicable in future circumstances

3. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Consultations with Saffal Jyotish are not a replacement for qualified professional advice. If you are facing challenges related to health, mental wellbeing, legal matters, financial planning, or any other area that requires expert guidance, you must seek appropriate professional help.

Specifically, Saffal Jyotish is not:

• A medical practitioner, therapist, or mental health professional
• A legal advisor, advocate, or chartered legal consultant
• A financial advisor, investment consultant, or certified financial planner
• A certified astrologer by any institution, board, or examination body

The knowledge shared is self-taught, developed over decades of personal study, sincere practice, and helping people informally. It is offered with genuine care and honesty — but not as a credentialed or regulated service.

4. Client Responsibility

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All decisions you make based on insights from a session are entirely your own responsibility
• You will not hold Saffal Jyotish liable for any outcome — positive or negative — that follows from acting on session guidance
• You are participating voluntarily, with full understanding of the advisory nature of this service
• You are of sound mind and are not in a state of psychological crisis or emotional distress that would impair your judgment
• You have provided accurate birth details and other information to the best of your knowledge

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal information shared during booking or in a session — including birth details, questions, concerns, and context — is treated as strictly confidential. This information is used solely to prepare for and conduct your consultation, and for any follow-up you explicitly request.

Saffal Jyotish will never share, sell, publish, or disclose your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

6. Fees and Refund Policy

The consultation fee is ₹200 per 10-minute session, payable via UPI before the session is confirmed. An optional extension of 5 minutes is available for ₹50, offered after the session concludes.

• Session fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place
• If a confirmed session cannot be conducted due to an error on our part, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered
• If you are unreachable at your booked slot time, the session is considered completed and no refund will be issued
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the booked slot, via email

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saffal Jyotish shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this service, reliance on information provided during a session, or inability to access the service.

This includes but is not limited to: decisions made about career, marriage, health, investments, property, legal matters, or personal relationships based on session guidance.

8. Vulnerable Persons

Saffal Jyotish strongly advises that individuals experiencing severe emotional distress, mental health crises, grief, or acute personal trauma seek professional support before or instead of an astrology consultation. Jyotish is a tool for clarity and perspective — not a substitute for counselling or therapy.

This disclaimer may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in practice, applicable law, or the nature of services offered. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
