Yes — because of how we've structured the format. You select your focus areas at booking, we prepare your chart in advance, and the call begins directly on topic. There's no introductory small talk or time spent figuring out what you want. Ten focused minutes with preparation can cover a great deal more than an hour of free-flowing conversation.
Birth time is optional at booking. An approximate time (morning, afternoon, evening) is still helpful. For services like Numerology or Prashna Kundali, birth time is not required at all. For Kundali Reading, an unknown birth time limits some analysis but much can still be done with the date and place alone.
Yes. You can book on behalf of a family member or friend. During booking, enter the birth details of the person the reading is for. The call will still be taken by whoever books — so be prepared to relay insights, or have them present on the call.
If you are unreachable at your booked time, the session is considered completed and the fee is non-refundable. We send a reminder email 24 hours before your slot with the call link — please ensure you are available. If you need to reschedule, email us at least 24 hours before your slot.

Absolutely. All birth details, consultation notes, and personal information shared during booking or sessions are kept strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or publish any client information. Notes are stored securely and used only to prepare for your session and any follow-ups you request.
Session fees are non-refundable once the call has taken place. If your payment was verified but we are unable to connect at the booked time due to our error, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. We take our commitment to each session seriously and always come prepared.
Yes. Sessions can be conducted in Hindi or English — whichever you are more comfortable with. You can mention your language preference in the additional context field at booking, or simply speak in your preferred language when the call begins.
